Updated Guest Policies & Fees
Effective January 1, 2025, Diamond Hills Sports Club will be updating its guest policies. The new policies are designed to protect the integrity and exclusivity of your membership, while still providing you with the privilege of hosting friends and family at the club. The new policies are as follows:
Local Guests
Local guests are defined as guests whose home address lies within the East Contra Costa County region.
Guest Access: Maximum number of visits within a rolling 12-month period – 6 visits
Out Of Town (Visiting) Guests
Out of town guests are defined as guests whose home address lies outside the East Contra Costa County region. These are guests who typically are visiting family for a limited time and would like to accompany members while in town.
Guest Access: The 6-visit limit does not apply to out-of-town guests. Short-term visiting relative passes are available for purchase by members at the club.
Privileges for tennis guests vary depending on the guests’ involvement in lessons and other organized activities led by a tennis pro. Please see me or our member services team for details.
Guests must be accompanied by a member when visiting the club.
Guests are required to provide a photo ID when registering at the member services’ desk during each visit.
New Guest Fees:
Adults – $25
Children (under 18 years of age) – $15
